Raspberry Beret (European Fruit Beer)

Small batch European styled un-soured artisan fruit ale.

We first ferment our Island beer base and our house yeast strain. Fruit’s are then added to a secondary fermentation, giving the beer, it’s vibrant colour, dry mouth feel, tartness and delicious flavor.
