Batch 45 Natural Farm Ale 4 x 375ml Cans

Our small batch specialty saison is brewed using pilsner malt, flaked wheat, cara malt, cane sugar and local honey. With a natural re-fermentation and carbonation in the can it pours a lovely caramel colour with a soft, pillowy head.

We combine our house saison yeast strain giving our Natural Farm Ale a very aromatic & complex flavour profile of pear and citrus balanced with peppery/earthy notes. These flavours are complemented by the use of European hops late in the brew to enhance fruity and floral flavours.
